What if I don't get enough protein?

It is very easy for a vegan diet to meet the recommendations for protein. Nearly all vegetables, beans, grains, nuts, and seeds contain some, and often much, protein. You just have to plan your diet correctly.

Personally in my case I have beans, rice, eggplant, dal, beet root, and more vegetables. I don’t have a single health issue at all! I eat properly, but even though I eat properly my percentile in weight can be said as low in America but if you remember that NHANES 2016 statistics showed that about 39.6% of American adults were obese, your still in good hands.

Don’t care about what others say about you, it doesn’t matter as long as you are healthy and health benefits are getting shown in the long-run! All you have to do is plan your diet correctly and no matter what you will get the right intake as necessary. Just remember that the direct source of everything comes from plants.

You guys should remember that you are helping the environment, animals, your health, mind, body, and soul.

What to do if your spouse isn't vegan?

You shouldn’t force veganism upon them, you should just tell the benefits of veganism and how you are helping the environment, saving animals from horrible lives, your health, and more. Maybe watch the What The Health documentary or The Game Changers documentary with your spouse. If your spouse still doesn’t accept veganism just let them slowly transition and if not just leave them like that. Don’t develop any hatred to humans that aren’t vegan, as hatred is really bad for a person in total and ruins their mindset. Just know you are doing something good for the world and yourself by being vegan.
